Biography:

Dr. Rubin earned a teaching degree in physical education in her home country of Argentina. She received her M.A. in Exercise and Sport Science and Ph.D. in Human Movement Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Rubin is an active member of the Center for the Promotion of Healthy Lifestyles and Obesity Prevention, the Center for Successful Aging, and the Center for Sports Performance at CSUF. Dr. Rubin is currently a board member for the Prader-Willi California Foundation (PWCF).
